Psychiatry Clinic provides service in the Psychiatry Tower in the Kayseri City Hospital campus. Our clinic still provides service with 16 beds for women and 16 beds for men. Our monthly bed occupancy rate is 95%.
Our Psychiatry Polyclinics serve outpatients every day, including 9 outpatient clinics. 6 of these outpatient clinics serve as normal psychiatry outpatient clinics, 1 as a disabled health board, 1 as a military psychiatry outpatient clinic, and 1 as a high security forensic psychiatry outpatient clinic.
The average number of outpatient visits per day varies between 500-600 people.
ECT is applied to our inpatients 3 days a week.
Our inpatients and outpatients are served by psychologists and social workers.
In the high security forensic psychiatry building, we have 2 services of 16 people each and serve forensic patients who are hospitalized with the decision of the Prosecutor's Office.
In addition, our High Security Forensic Psychiatry outpatient clinic provides services to convicted outpatients every day.
Between 16:00-08:00 on weekdays and 08:00 - 08:00 on weekends, a psychiatrist provides emergency and consultation services.
We have 11 psychiatrists, 14 psychologists, 2 social workers and 1 handicraft teacher.
